...Alan Howarth Ltd was started as a family business in 1988 to build luxury homes in East Suffolk. Located in Saxmundham, nearby to the recent 'Limes' project are two developments previously undertaken by the Company.

...Of the eight properties built only one has been re-sold since 1990, we take this as testament to the exceptional design and quality of our homes.
